Dr. Federico Albrecht, MD

Este Dr la experiencia es pésima el atiende a mi mamá , su ética es muy escasa , arrogante y prepotente , no se lo recomendaría a nadie , cuando se le haces pregunta , solo responde si quieres me crees o no me crees , le mando hacer miles de exámenes supuestamente para determinar el tto que llevaba y cada vez se alejaba de lo que debía indicarle , sabiendo que ya estaba operada del pulmón dando positiva a un adecarcinoma.

I would highly recommend Dr. Albretch, his experience, expertise, knowledge, patience among other virtudes are great. He’s an excellent Doctor and very kind human being. I’m very grateful to have met him and had him as my Doctor.

Best doctor. 11 years as a patiente ,he save my life. I used to be hospitalized 2 weeks a month for around 4 years ungil He saw me snd vontrolled my blood problem,very good listener and the BEST CLINICAL EYE i havve ever encountered,his staff and office are supper pro. Even now his office is inside a ultra modern facility it does give an idea of a modern factiry style,please do not let this appearsnce discourage you at all,actually it does a better and more efficient job and fast accuarate services...11 years a His patiente talks by itself. He saved my life snd my family and me are eternally grateful. Thanks Dr Albrecht and fsntastic staff.

Having a trobled unknown blood problem Dr Albrecht fount it and controlled it. I used to be hospitalized every months from 1 to 3 weeks for a few years,until Dr Albrecht saw me and treated me. My family and me are so grateful to him,his wondrful team and office ...10 plus years being his patiente. 100% satisfied

Its so unfortunate that the office staff working for Dr. Albercht is so unprofessional. I was going to Dr. Albercht for a while I stopped going due to billing issues and staff problems not communicating correctly with me as a patient, so I STOPPED going in 2014. Recently I decided to go maybe the staff had gotten well deserved training but i was completely wrong. I called to make an appt and first they couldn't find, then they told Dr. albercht was no longer seeing Hematology patients so I made an appt with Dr. Aparo, a few days later I received a call from another incompetent staff member to set up an appt with me with Dr. Albercht, when i explained to her what I was previously told, she had no clue why they would say that, so i schedule an appt with Dr. Albercht. Now I get another call from yet another clueless staff calling to set an appt for me with Dr. Albercht, first she butchered my name, then told me i had no appt for Aug 30????? literally this place does not know how to… communicate with their departments, they are a complete disaster. I CANCELLED my appt and will NEVER be returning to such an unprofessional office. Dr. Albercht needs to realize how horrible office staff is.

His first meeting with us at the hospital was informative, factual and thourough. I agree with the other reviews, that he was a not very compassionate, maybe a little cold even. We went to his office for our first appointment at the Miami Cancer center and it was a zoo! I've never seen so many patients in one place. His staff and nurses were very nice but It felt a little "factory like". After we left we decided we wanted a second opinion and we went to Sylvester. A completely different atmosphere at UM. we switched doctors. We wanted a treatment plan that was something more personal.

He seems very knowledgeable but he has a cold bedside manner. His delivery of difficult news can be very sterile and unattached. For this reason we looked for another option and discovered that his initial diagnosis and treatment plan was wrong. It almost seemed like Albrechts team was quick to prescribe Chemo when other options were available. We went with a different team. Look around and do your research. Get a second opinion!!

Dr. Albritch has been my mothers oncologyst since 2006. She was diagnosed with liver and lung cancer. Dr albritch has guided her,and our family, with kindness and expertise. She is doing great!

Dr. Albrecht was amazing. He was very thorough and patient with me. He took his time examining me and explained the diagnosis and procedures clearly. His office staff is excellent. The appointment was quick and easy. I highly recommend him!!!!!!

To make an extremely long story short, the doctor and his office refused to give me my lab results, and then explain them to me -- as well as refusing to return phone calls for a month until I threatened action.
