Dr. Felicia Ann Armstrong, MD

Very intelligent, good doctor. Does great at her job & treats her patients well, at least to me it seemed.

Literally Dr Armstrong is a poor excuse for a doctor and Avera should really evaluate having her associated with them in any capacity. Her knowledge level is below optimal and she has absolutely poor bedside manner. When she documents and talks to patient she belittles them as well as their family members. As a nurse myself I have never been around such poor care by a provider absolutely no excuse for this doctor or her lack of knowledge and compassion for patients. Even with valid medical issues and concerns she takes no interest in her patient absolutely lazy provider!! I literally cannot day enough avoid this doctor at all costs if you value your health or life or that of your family member!!!

Really bad bed-side manner, aside, this dr. blurts out diagnosis without any info. to back it up (doesn't even pertain to why patient is there in first place) , uses some staff to take care of work she doesn't want to do, and kicks patients out of impatent without stabilizing them or give any real diagnosis.
