Dr. Carr is very nice, but I'm not confident about her competency. She doesn't seem confident about her diagnoses or when interpreting blood work. The office overall is awful, you get the feeling that no one really likes to work there, including the physician assistant, the front desk, and lab staff. Communication from the dr to the patient regarding test results is poor. And they aren't taking COViD precautions as seriously as other medical providers that I have been to. That alone is a reason to find a new doctor.

Dr. Carr is the best thorough Dr. I have had in a long time!! She is patient and very friendly!! She listens and is very attentive to my health needs. I would recommend Dr. Carr to everyone.

She is the GREATEST DOCTOR ever! She's never in a hurry and always listen. She is super smart!! I love her!!!

The employees need to answer the phone. Dr. Carr's nurse needs to improve herself period.

This is a very good doctor;however, the staff is awful. Don't call in to ask for anything related to your health. Except for one staff member, everyone else is rude. They seem to bring their problems to the office. Fr complaining about the staff, Dr. Carr terminated our Dr./patient relationship which is fine. We have choices. To have someone insult you whn you are paying their salary is insane.
