Dr Kuo is so smart and an excellent doctor. He doesn't rush the patients at all which may be why there is a long wait. But his expertise and bedside manner is worth the wait!

A friend recently recommended Dr Kuo and I could not have been happier with my experience. I have never had a dermatologist be so thorough and knowledgeable with exams. I have a family history of skin cancer and truly feel that I am in good hands. I highly recommended Dr Kuo.

I have been to this office three times for myself and once for my daughter. Each time I have waited for over an hour. The last and final time I went, I asked the woman who called with my appt reminder if I would, as usual, be waiting for over an hour. She assured me not as I was the first appt after lunch. I waited in the waiting area for an hour and a half. When I was finally led back to the room I told them I needed to pick up my daughter and needed to get going. I then waited in the room for another half an hour. I walked out and no one seemed to notice or care. Horrible way to treat your patients! Cannot imagine who has the time to sit in this office!

Amazing doctor!!

Years pass and the lines and wrinkles start showing up on your face becoming so prominent that when you look in the mirror you say, 'who in the world is that'? You place your fingers on the key positions on your face pulling it back, and think this is much better. A face lift?? That scared me. I didn't want to change the shape of my face, just get rid of those wrinkles. After seeing Dr Kuo and expressing my concerns about improving the overall appearance of my face Dr Kuo thought I might like the results from a laser procedure. He explained it and said for my situation, to see results he suggested the smartxide co2 laser. The idea was planted. After much searching out on youtube and all the other websites for facial resurfacing using lasers I saw the wonderful results women were having and how the procedure was done so I was getting more comfortable with the idea of having it done. When Dr Kuo thought I would like the results from the laser procedure, boy was he ever right!!! One… word "FANTASTIC'! Now I look in the mirror and recognize myself. "There I am"! Sounds silly but that is just how it is. Just natural looking. It's me without the deep wrinkles. Dr Kuo explained it all. He is not in a rush into situation kind of Doctor. I like that. Loved working with him. Just great. Felt comfortable, secure and had complete trust in him. He walked me through the whole healing process which made my recuperation comfortable. I knew what was coming and he was right on the money! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and have done that already. The reaction from my friends were off the charts. Just unbelievable! Thank you, Dr Kuo.
