When I call to the Illinois office for a question, I am put on hold for over 15 minutes. Dr only delivers until 5pm M-F. She doesn’t seem to care about your delivery. I’ve heard good and bad stories and I am one who received bad services. It takes 10-14 business days to receive disability paperwork back. My previous experience with other OBGYN gets done right on the spot. Horrible experience ever!!!

She delivered my first born and looking forward to her delivering my second, very understanding and well mannered doctor I love her patience and spirit my son was born on a Sunday and she does not deliver babies on weekends but she came on for me and I felt so secured best doctor to me hands down.

Waiting time to be seen is ridiculous. I waited for 3-4 hours to be seen for a schedule appointment. All of my appointment the waiting time is always long. Worst clinic to be seen ever. It's really annoying that I have to give a urine sample at every single appointment. My whole pregnancy there I have never met the doctor once not even after delivery. I will not be going back.
