TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY! On my 1st visit, they had 4 staff members in the room while inspecting my skin condition, without asking me if that was ok with me. Made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Made me feel like a guinea pig. On my 2nd visit, they send me off for blood work. On my 3rd visit, the Dr wasn’t present nor available by phone to speak with me about my blood results. Resulting in a mute visit. A credit to my account was promised. (I pay cash) Abbvie (my medication provider) has contacted them (over the last few months) numerous times, for follow-up paperwork and they still haven’t sent Abbvie the necessary form (1 page), so that I can continue receiving medication. I emailed & faxed the Dr’s office weeks ago, still haven’t filled out the 1 page for Abbvie. I’ve called numerous times but it’s ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to get them on the phone and COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to get them to call me back. I finally schedule an appointment & visit there office, mention the credit to my… account. The lady at the front desk instantly becomes skeptical and defensive. Looks at some notes, admits that the Dr wasn’t present on my last visit, etc. but can’t see any notes regarding a credit. She also states that the P.A. that saw me last time, no longer works there. I’m mentioning names, providing dates & times, from the notes in my calender, do you really think that I’m making this stuff up? The ONLY thing that I can’t demonstrate is the credit. She writes it off by saying “I can’t help you”. I asked for a manager, which she calls (in my presence) and this woman’s verbage, choice of words sounds like she’s setting the platform for her manager to deny my claim. Her manager was quick to dismiss the situation and this woman was back to saying “I can’t help you”, which was her demeanor from the moment I mentioned a credit on my account. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. FOLLOW-UP IS NON EXISTENT. SEARCH OTHER DERMATOLOGIST, THERE’S PLENTY IT THERE! This Dr’s office has robbed me of my medication, treatment, finances and ability to trust medical “professionals “. JUST FOR CLARITY: My dentist, which has held my cash payment for over a year, refunded that to me today, no questions asked and documentation was provided. I intended to go back there, therefore I left that credit there. That dental office is great but I chose to go a different route, only because my buddies wife opened up her own Dental office and I want to support them. This is the way business is done!! It’s not about the money, it’s about right & wrong. It’s about the diminished quality of service now a days. We should be able to trust medical & other professionals.

The Dr was fine but have been trying to get the billing department to submit the correct information on my claim for 4 months. They owe me money now because they overcharged me up front for a procedure that they can't substantiate to the insurance department. It is beyond ridiculous how much time I have spent trying to get them to send in the correct papers of the insurance to close out the claim and for them to refund me money I overpaid. BBB is handling it now so we will see if it gets done

While Dr. Manlio is great the staff is incompetent. Absolutely rude on EVERY occasion. I have never had a good experience with the front of the office. There is zero attention to detail which is alarming. The receptionists do not even know how to use the phones. It is embarrassing for any medical practice. I will be switching dermatology offices.
