Dr. Ferid Osmanovic, MD

I love Dr. Osmanovic! Every time I go to see him he makes sure that I tell him everything that is bother me physically and orders tests right away. He goes to my medical records before seeing me and comes with my test results to let me know how I did. He is very nice and has never made me wait to see him more than few minutes. I am so happy I have a PCP that I actually like and trust, and that does not make me wait hours!

I am a healthcare provider and have a sense of standard given that I work in the same profession. Dr. Osmanovic is the prime example of a bad doctor. I hate to be so negative, but I legitimately have nothing nice to say about him. On my first visit, he did not sit down for the entirety of the 4 minutes he spent with me. Never build a relationship, wasn't kind, and I felt hurried. The worst part, he's not up to date on current medicine. You can find better. The NYU Langone staff was very nice though.

Saw him several times and was truly impressed. Knowledgeable, covers everything and answers all questions!

The former doctor at the location had always accepted my co-pay in full payment. When his prctice was sold I wasn't informed of the change.

Dr. Osmanovic is the epitome of the modern practice that has become cold and business like. He rushes between patients and provides very little feedback and individualized attention to patients concerned about their own health. I arrived with many questions concerning my own helath and left with many more- he did nothing to even indicate that he cared about me as an individual patient. I felt like I was just money in his pocket as he suggested I get a CAT Scan with very little discussion as to why. Osmanovic really needs to take a moment to remember why he got into medicine... if he ever did for the true reasons detailed in the oath he took.

-I felt rushed through my appointment-Dr. was unable to clearly explain diagnosis or reasoning for next steps-Dr unable to clearly answer direct questions about treatment-Dr did not return any messages left when trying to follow up about test results (which was necessary since his office never contacted me to alert me results were back)-Staff created major hassle in obtaining medical test results I needed for immediate follow-up appointment with another specialist. It required me to persist for 30+ minutes before getting them to photo-copy 1 sheet of paper with test results I had JUST discussed with the Dr 10 minutes prior (they tried to insist that I had to fill out forms, wait several weeks and pay a fee for the photo-copy: absolutely ridiculous and NOT true).
