This Dr point blank lied about what he was doing in my surgery. He left me maimed for life

Had neck surgery and the most part I am pain free. Excellent neurosurgeon and highly recommend. I need to lose wait for back surgery. I am sure that the wait loss would speed up my recovery for back surgery.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Diaz for a CONGENITAL condition. He gave me a quick up and down before asking how much I weighed. He condescendingly told me that I should weigh 115 lbs (not realistic) and that all of my pain was due to that, even though my condition has absolutely nothing to do with weight. Guess what, Dr. Diaz? I’ve now lost 100 pounds, am a healthy weight, and my problems have gotten WORSE over the last few years.

He knew I needed surgery and was in pain from an accident. He refused to do surgery on me until I lost a huge bunch of weight that I hadn't weighed since I was pre-high school. Refused to do surgery on me until that happened. He said I would die on the table if he did surgery on me. I went elsewhere. I had the surgery done and it's been over a year now and I am doing great. Shame on you Dr. Diaz. You pick and choose too much.

I'd absolutely recommend Dr.Diaz....he found a condition with my lab work other doctors missed! Probably saved my life! I will continue with him

There were complications from the surgery Dr. Diaz performed and he was not truthful about what the problem was.
