I have responsibility to advocate for my child and I have a reasonable expectation that physicians will do the same. Both he and has staff are dismissive and defensive when concerns are raised. The standard practices and avoidance of accountability now makes it impossible to engage in meaningful, informed discussions required for high-quality care. Scripts, referrals and diagnostic testing if you are able engage effectively with him during appointment to reach an agreed treatment plan, will require parental post appointment significant effort to effectuate actually occurring and frequently actions are errored or inconsistent with verbal communications with Dr. Windemueller.
