Very cold, you could not get anything out of her much. Pay money to talk to the wall is pretty much the same. Does not want to get involved, cold, distant. Same most of the time. Watch YouTube, read the internet, Reddit, community help more.

Have been a patient of Dr Hsu's for over 3 years. She is one the most compassionate and thorough doctors I have ever encountered and would have no hesitation referring her to anyone in need of an excellent Rheumatologist.

I FELT LIKE I WAS SAPOSE TO TELL HER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME, WHEN THATS WHY I WENT TO A PROFESSIONAL. :(

Not a fan either. You feel like she is on a time schedule and you bet she's sticking to it regardless of your reasons for being there. Needs to act concerned about her patient and listen to them.

I'm sure Dr. Hsu knows what books say about auto-immune diseases, but she isn't extremely pro active about linking things or listening to the patient. I think throughout whole 10 minute appointment, she made eye contact once up from her computer. Her solution was to do basic blood tests that I had just had transferred over to 'double check.' I was then referred to see a dermatologist about other symptoms that are clearly side effects of my auto-immune issues. Overall I had a very poor experience with this doctor, though the hospital and other staff were very accommodating. Hsu definitely made assumptions that my case wasn't very serious because of my young age despite my prominent symptoms that are out of the ordinary for my body.
