Dr. Surur has been my doctor for 40 years. I’ve left NY a few times and had doctors in other cities that were fine but did not compare. I no longer live in NY and have a doctor elsewhere but make sure to see him when I visit. He is my ‘go to’ whenever I have an issue. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. He’s up to date on all the latest practices pertaining to gyn. I can’t say enough positive things about him.

I've been Dr Surur's patient for 9 years and feel lucky and blessed to have met him. He is compassionate, understanding and one of the most caring doctors I ever met. He it old school who treats you as a human being , empathizes and makes you feel like you are a family member. He delivered my first daughter and it was the most amazing experience i could wish for. Everything , absolutely everything went perfectly well during pregnancy and delivery thanks to him. I'll remain his patient for as long as he keeps his practice as can not imagine going to a different doctor. His assistant Monica is great and takes sincere interest in patients .

He followed up me for my pregnancy (my first) and he was very nice, very professional. He came to the hospital late in the night to assit to my delivery, which it was easy. He did a good work. I recommend him.

Went to see Dr Surur for the first time last week- great, attentive doctor.Results were in quickly,and it is quite apparent that Dr Surur remembers all of his patients.Felt very comfortable with him-he is highly experienced,professional, and answered all of my questions with the utmost patience. Seems to be a genuinely concerned and caring doctor-not just another doctor who has you in and out in less than 10 minutes. Cannot emphasize enough how happy I am. Finding a good GYN in New York is very easy. But finding one who you like and trust that will give you the best care is usually the challenge.Will definitely suggest to my friends and family.
