Dr. Frances Quaglia Capraro, MD

Dr Caparo and her nurse practitioners are wonderful and informative and interested. But unfortunately you rarely get to see dr Caparo. The office staff in the most recent year or two is the rudest office staff I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 years of living here. I am a register critical care nurse and it is obvious that they definitely have no business being in a patient service industry. Perhaps they need to look into different type of work not dealing with people. They are very rude and uninterested in their jobs and surroundings.

Just had my annual exam with Dr. Capraro and she is fabulous! She comes into the room prepared with all of your important health information, ideas of what issues need to be pursued, and listens attentively to your responses and concerns while very thoroughly going through a series of queries to make sure no stone is un-turned. You couldn't ask any more of a physician.

Dr. Capraro is sharply focused and keenly involved when she listens to my medical concerns and while reviewing my blood test results. She makes referrals to appropriate specialists when necessary and she monitors my health procedures annually. I feel fortunate to have such a knowledgeable professional as my primary care physician and would highly recommend her.

Worst experience of my life and was warned by a neighbor not to go. You never see the doc, only the PA. Tons of drama in the office with no compassion. Once told to go to urgent care because they could not find a slot mid day. Rudeness beyond compare.

Office manager ruins the whole medical experience.

The receptionist Dawn is very rude and makes comments and eye rolling gestures while on the phone which the waiting area can see and hear. I keep coming back because I do like both doctors there, but she makes the office visit very unwelcoming.

Dr. Capraro has an excellent bedside manner. She listens attentively to my answers to her questions, without interrupting me. She is very methodical in her review, respects my feelings, and is very intuitive in determining possible reasons for my condition.

Dr Capraro is the best doctor i have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable and is very caring about each and everyone of her patients. She gives undivided attention to everyone. Her office staff is just as great. They are patient and kind.
