Did not resolve our issue. Often reschedules the appointments that were booked far in advance, asks the exact same questions during the visit. When you tell her that nothing changed, she keeps asking them anyway, a lot of time spent on that.

Dr. Blei , as grandparents to our beautiful granddaughter , my wife and I just wanted to thank you for all you have done for our granddaughter. After being referred to you by our pediatric cardiologist Dr. Russel Schiff . When we first met you 2 years ago and you have done nothing less to assure us and her parents that we had nothing to worry about. Your kind , caring and knowledgeable approach was above and beyond . Dr Blei has been treating my daughter since she was 3 weeks old. As new parents and seeing our beautiful daughter develop a scary large mark on her face that continued to grow we were referred to her by our pediatrician and I couldn't be more grateful that he did. Dr. Blei eased our minds and throughly educated us in our first appointment. She then followed up and did everything to make sure that we had nothing else to worry about. She is the best and I cannot recommend her and her staff(especially Maribel) enough! Love love love her!

Dr Blei was recommended to me by our children's pediatrician as one of the best specialists in her area in NYC. We had two consultations, over a period of six months, and I found her personable and helpful on each occasion. One the second occasion she sent both my kids for an ultrasound at Lenox Hill Hospital, where we got a second opinion. Afterwards, her office contacted me to organize an ultrasound. I wrote Dr Blei an e-mail explaining - very politely - that the kids had already had ultrasounds, and asking what she thought the next steps should be. Bizarrely, she has absolutely refused to communicate with me since. I have sent several emails, I have spoken on several occasions to her secretary. Five months have gone by with no response. Finally two weeks ago I called her office to say that I was upset and felt I was being mistreated, and please would Dr Blei at least provide some explanation as to why she would not respond to my messages. Her secretary assured me she would pass the… message on. I got no response. I called her secretary today, and she said, "She didn't call you back? I'm sorry, I can't imagine why she wouldn't. I explained to her that you were very unhappy"... Etc Etc Etc. I can't imagine what's behind all this, but any doctor that would treat her patients' parents like this is a disgrace. We invested time and money in her care, and we are left, after a year, none the wiser. Thankfully, it's not an emergency situation; two of my kids have vascular malformations that probably just need to be monitored. But I would certainly advise anyone to steer well clear of this doctor.

Amazing Doctor!!!

Dr. Blei saved my daughter's eyesight. When a hemangioma on her eyelid threatened her vision, Dr. Blei knew the very latest medicine/procedures to immediately shrink the mass. This method was not known about when another family member went through a similar situation only a couple of years ago. Finding the right doctor makes ALL the difference. I can't thank her enough.

Dr. Blei goes out of her way to help her patients.

i was about one or two when i had an amagoma that almost went down in medical books. this docotor helped save my life. i was told that she would walk out of meetings to help me. she would get to me as fast as possible. she also helped me get apointments in other places. i'm a live and well know. the amageoma was in my throte so my air way almost closed and it wont have turned out so well if she didnt help. i run and i'm very sportsy. i love to be ative and to live life all because she aloud me too.

this doctor might know her cell structures, but she is lacking in skill to speak to another human. she wanted to put my daughter on steroids for a condition that even she said would probably do fine healing on its own. she failed to give me advice on how to properly care for my daughter's skin condition. She should be in lab exclusively.
