I have had the pleasure of having doctor gamache as my neurosurgeon since I was an infant he has done all of my brain surgeries except three but even while he wasn't my surgeon the day of surgery he still called me to explain things to me knowing I only trust him . I have extensive medical history and he is pretty much one of the only people I trust fully .

Dr Gamache is the best doctor I have seen so far.First of all he met me at 7:30 in the morning so I can make it to work on time, He examined me and listened to my compliants. The doctor took at least 15 - 20 minutues going over my ct scans , mri. He blew up the photos looked very carefully and explained everything precisley to me. Then my doctor from NJ called him to speak doctor to doctor and he was also was very impressed with him. He took his time to explain everything again to my physician and made some recommendations for me. My doctor spoke very highly of Dr Gamache and said he was very nice on the phone. He did not rush him off the phone and he spoke with extreme knowledgeand professionalism. The medical profession needs more doctors like him. He is the best. Thank You again ..

I was in terrible pain when I called Dr. Gamaches office and was terrified of the idea of back surgery. His secretary took the time to explain the kind of surgery Dr. Gamache performs, what my insurance would cover etc.His staff is extremely patient and after my first visit with Dr. Gamache I felt comfortable putting myself in his care. His attention to the patients needs as well as his incredible skills as a surgeon made my surgery as positive an experience as possible. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

I've known this man for much of my life. He always wanted to be a neurosurgeon and has dedicated his life to his craft and his patients. One couldn't select a more caring, professional and skilled doctor. Any patient putting their care into Dr. Gamache's hands will be rewarded by his professional, experienced and caring behavior.

When I first went to see Dr. Gamache I could not feel my left leg. Now I can walk again. The Office staff (Katherine) spent alot of time talking to me about the procedure before surgery. I was pretty scared about having surgery, but thank God I went through it with him.
