Thank you for all the years of being a great doctor. you always listened and never rushed me out of there. I found out you were retired when I went to make an appt. Enjoy your time off, you were a great doctor.

The staff is not courteous or professional. They do not call you the day before to confirm your appointment nor stick to the time they do give you. My husband took a day off of work to go to an appt they gave him at 930 and when he arrived they said it was at 9. When I called to see what happened they lied to me and told me my husband was aware his appt. was at 9 and they were sorry but they couldnt fit him in. They were very rude and incompassionate and this includes the office managers. The doctor is wonderful, the staff is terribley unprofessional and unfortunately this is a reflection on the practice as a whole since they are who you deal with initially.

Dr Merlo will actually listen to your problems and ask you questions back. not just hand out a pill. ive been seeing him for over 5 years now and will continue. id recommend him to anyone. your doing a great job Dr M erlo.

Dr. Merlo is a great doctor. I have been seeing him now for about 4 years and never had any problems getting an appointment or talking to him about various issues. He takes the time to explain things to you. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great family doctor.
