The staff never answers the phone and the lady who is suppose to return you call in clinic never seems to do her job except Carol which is good

Where is he now?

We visited him for my son's cough. A couple weeks later we got a bill with $208 for regular doctor checking, no X-ray or any special test involved. What a rip off! On the medication he prescribed for my 4 years old son, it is saying if you feel upset or depressed please stop and advise doctor immediately. My son is just 4 years old! So disappointed and i wish i can give 0 star.

My name was copied from my ID incorrectly on my first visit. This year I had to change insurances and even though all my information was photocopied I have had to spend calling pharmacies, labs, and the central billing office correcting errors.

Dr. Vera takes his time with his patients. He is understanding and compassionate for his patients.

It's clean, no long waiting, they are very good with time. The Dr and the staff are nice

Avoid Spring Medical Associates if you can. The long wait times are not worth the bad service you get from the staff. Getting someone to pick up my calls was a huge issue I had with the clinic. On multiple occasions I would call the clinic over and over (10 times in a row once!), but no one would answer. One time someone picked up, but they put me on hold and never returned to me, so I had to hang up and call again. I would also have to regularly wait 30 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

I'm new To Texas Medical, it really different, you have to go see a pain dr to help resolve the problem. As I waited to get appointment to pay again, the problem is not handled because you have to wait for approved that no one let you know . I do not have away to reach the Dr. via on the computer. Labs, etc... Do they have a Portal? if the do I have not been told. The phone is a problem!!!

So disappointed in this clinic. I took my mother for an office visit on a Friday Morning due to severe abdominal pain, She was the first patient they saw that day. The day of her visit they ordered a CT scan for her. Due to her insurance they required a prior-authorization request in order to do her CT Scan at an imaging facility. I called their office 6 Times to try and get a hold of somebody so that they could get her CT scan authorized since their office was the one who had to request the authorization. NO ONE ever called me back!!!! Even after 6 phone calls and 6 days later and regardless of the fact that every person I spoke to stated they would "email the office manager" or "email the nurse" NO ONE to this day has acknowledged my request. We ended up having to take my mother to the ER due to the enormous amount of pain she was in. The doctor himself was great! amazing bedside manner, very polite and clear when explaining things but no matter how amazing a physician is if their… staff cannot even acknowledge their patients phone calls or requests. I will not be returning here for any reason what so ever!!!! It is unfortunate that he is such a great doctor because his staff is causing him to lose patients. I will never refer anyone to this clinic.
