Dr. Cruz is blessed with superior intellect.

Wow this docor was great! Or was he? Why are you trusting me? I could be another doctor giving Dr. Cruz a bad rating. Or a patient with a mental problem. Or anyone with a keyboard. These type of sites are weak. There is no balance. Only people with complaints post here. No way to know the truth. My advice go by word of mouth!

This guy does not know how to deal with an advancing and overwhelming career. Arrogant and outdated, he needs to keep up with the literature. He fails to recognize his limitations, a dangerous trait when you are a doctor.

This guy likes to push pills. Must get his training from big pharma.

This Dr. has no bedsside manner. He is condensending. Overall unavailable. the office staff are fine if you don't say anything while you wait an hour to an hour in a half or if if you don't need copies of your medical records. He literally got on the phone and repremanded me for calling to see if my records were ready to be picked-up after two weeks. What a mean inconsiderate doctor. He should be in a lab and not working with people, espcially sick people.

Reminds me of my father. Tough love but he really knows how to practice medicine and is an asset to his patients.

I like Dr. Cruz and I think that he is an excellent Doctor. However, the office staff are incompetent and uncaring. No one seems particularly happy to be employeed and does not take an interest in the patients. His nurse doesn't appear to know what is going on. I had an appointment for an ultrasound & bone density test. I informed the receptionist, waited 40 minutes then went in for ultrasound, came out, stood there...not one person asked if they could help me. I then had to ask the nurse about my bone density test. She was surprised and had to go find my file. I was told to sit on the bench while they got the room ready. So I could have had the bone density test during the 40 minutes that I waited for the ultrasound but the receptionist is lazy with attitued.

He's a great preventative care dr but not worth calling as an internest if you are actually sick.and need an internest. He refuses to give appointments and DIAGNOSES that you dont need an apt by questions his staff asks. My daughter had diaherria over 30 times in 48 hours, which we clearly told the staff, they told me he said she dont need to come in just give immodium and let it run its course. We called 3 times that week and he still refused an apt. She ended up hospitalized and severly dehydrated!(We went to another dr who was apalled that he didnt see her) He said he has a problem with me because I DEMAND his attn when I call. He said he is NOT an emergency dr and I should find another one since I am very demanding when we THINK we are sick. I only call IF we are sick. He said he has 2000 patients and Im the only one whose ever complained. Hmmmm, that seems hard to believe.

He gave me no hope. All he wanted to do was get me on dialysis. Also instituted a clinic system in his office where you get to see whomever comes up, no choice.
