I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Frank Lin at Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Dublin. I scheduled a follow up appointment after terrible car accident I had few days ago. Shortly, Dr. Lin was not friendly and was rushing. He literally told me that he does not have more time for me. Obviously, he was not concerned about my health. His solution was to rush me on painkillers without performing a follow-up CT scan which was requested by the ER doctor after the accident. Additionally, he referred me to specialist with no priorities (routine exam). My point is if you are looking to a doctor who cares about you and who will put enough time to examine you, run away from Dr. Lin as fast as you can. Having said that, I am sure that Palo Alto Medial Foundation/ the Sutter Health administration is happy that they saw one more patient so they can bill insurance companies and increase their bottom line.

I fainted yesterday and I seemed to be having some issues with my sugar. I discussed it with the doctor. He just gave some generic advise and rushed off to see his next patient. He took absolutely no time to try and diagnose the issue. I told him my head was sore. I wanted him to physically check me because I don’t know if I hit the floor hard when I fainted. He rushed off to the next patient saying too many issues are being discussed. Totally incompetent. I don’t need to spend $350 for some crappy advise which we can read over the internet. Totally incompetent !!

He didn't finish all the diagnosis before he disappeared. His nurse said he was overbooked. Then don't charge me over $300 for a 10 minute visit.

This so called doctor missed my breast CANCER diagnosis. He did not follow NCCN guidelines which state you must refer patients with a mass to a general surgeon and follow through to conclusion. He did not do that. Not a phone call, no letter, nothing. Seems this guy doesn't know his stuff. Beware of this doctor.
