Rude Staff ,all they care about is to take your money ,the doctor who saw me wasn’t doctor Frank and he didn’t even introduce himself,I recognized that when I saw his picture on google. I don’t trust the stuff because they don’t have any idea about ethics and so I don’t recommend this clinic .

The worse place I have ever seen , 2 weeks to get an appointment and After the doctor saw me he said that they are going to get authorization from my insurance to remove a fatty tissue .The receptionist is a rude person he told me that they need 5 weeks to get the approval.2 weeks later I called the insurance to check with them and I was shocked they didn’t make a request .I called them and the reception told me in a rude way that they are busy and they have only one person responsible to get authorizations so I told them I need to talk to that person because I can not wait any more it hurts really bad so she told me that this person is on vacation for one week .I told her that I am going to call my physician and ask him to refer me to another dermatologist and she said okay bye.

I do not recommend this absentee MD. His staff is inept, consistently late and discourteous.

U never have to wait long, he's reasonable, knowledgeable. Very sweet. Gives a lot of samples to help out. Been going to him over 25 years.

Been to this doctor several times for ance and ance scars. One of the best in the field if not the best, in my opinion. Starts treatments if needed ASAP.
