I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is very inadequate, they don't get message right when you call. You ask to see one persons they schedule you with someone else in the office after you specifically say you only want to see one particular doctor. Also, they never have your test results the day of your visits, you have to "come back" for another visit just for them to read you the results. If you ask me, this office just like to schedule and schedule more and more visits just to get co-pays from patients and insurances. And when you call to file a complaint the secretaries don't really messages. You have to call again and again and after that it takes over a week for someone to call you back. Such a shame that a healthcare facility work on such unprofessionalism.

Made an appointment to establish myself with what I thought would be a good primary care physician. It is true you never get to see Dr D'Alessandro, you are pawned off on one of the nurses.. I had the grave mistake of seeing Karen Rugg.. I waited in the exam room for over 1 & 1/2 hours she told me she wanted to see me last since I was a physical. Really ? I had an appointment at 430 and its now 6 pm. all I can say is are you kidding me.. she had her back to me the whole time I addressed my issue to her, and all she ended up saying at the end of my 15 minute appointment was I'm sorry to hear about your mishap and left the room! She did not review my labs or address any follow up testing I told her I had blood in my urine for 3 years and she brushed it off and said its probably a kidney stone. Don't you think she should have sent me to a urologist? I will find a doctor that will be accurate with my health problems, I you want to live longer .. Stay away from this wanna be nurse.. what a joke!

I have been a patient for about 15 years. I have always left the office feeling I had been given the best possible care. No matter who I was assigned to, Mark, Elizabeth, Fred, or Dr. D have always listened to my concerns and addressed them. I know Dr. D doesn't see all the patients (that would be impossible), but I know he is on hand to guide the NP with the out of the ordinary concerns and complaints.

patient appts are over booked, and the Dr is literally running out the exam room door while you are still talking to him, have been with him 17 years and he has no idea who I am.

I've been a patient of Dr. D for about six years. He is an exceptional doctor who is personable, accommodating and is an excellent diagnostician. His staff follows his lead and is friendly (Fred is humorous) and efficient.
