Dr. Norberg performed total reverse replacement surgery on both of my very arthritic shoulders. (The results with the first one were so good that I went back for more!) Dr. Norberg is an outstanding surgeon with an excellent staff. High standards, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and good humor were demonstrated throughout the entire experience. I feel fortunate that another surgeon recommended him to me, and I highly recommend him to others.

Dr Norberg performed my shoulder replacement surgery. It was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to set appointments with, very knowledgeable discussing pros and cons prior to the procedure. Spent extra time making sure I was comfortable with his treatment plan. The surgery went much better than I anticipated with regards to pain, recovery and end result. I far exceeded my own expectations on how my shoulder functions. Everything went just as he explained it to me prior to the surgery. Highly recommend Dr Norberg for shoulder problems.

Dr. Norberg did a wonderful job evaluating my bicep tendon tear and subsequent re-attachment. I would highly recommend Dr. Norberg to anyone suffering from a shoulder/elbow issue.

Two years ago I saw Dr Norberg with a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I have had zero issues with it since his repair. So, when my right shoulder experienced the same problem, I of course went back to see Dr Norberg. My surgery and recovery have been exceptional under his care. He is a fabulous surgeon, listens to you and answers all questions you may have. He does not make you feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to any family or friend that need his expertise.

Dr. Norberg conducted the second surgical repair on my shoulder, this one more complex, after an auto accident. His work was fabulous, the recovery much quicker than was my first, and I loved working with him, his staff and TCO PT.

I had polio as a child. I have very limited use of my right shoulder, because of this, I wore out my left shoulder. Dr Norberg from the first meeting to the last showed great concern for me. If the surgery did not go right, I would end up with two bad shoulders. The surgery was a complete success. I can do everything I could do when my shoulder was good. I would recommended Dr Norberg to any and everyone.
