Dr. Frank Charles Olshemski, MD

I went to this office as a new patient, and was assigned to the PA, rather than the Dr. She was so rude and disrespectful, as was the rest of the staff. I was so disgusted with this office, that I switched to a different family Dr. I didn't want to take a chance on having to deal with that arrogant girl (PA) on any future visits. As I read in other reviews, rude staff, who are unresponsive to patient's needs, is the norm. Now I know I made the right decision. I think the Dr. needs to re-evaluate his staff, if he wants to maintain his practice. I've heard many good things about him, but unfortunately patients deal more with staff than they do with the Dr. There is no excuse for how rudely and disrespectfully they treat their patients (customers). They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you go there. Too many options out there to have to settle for this bad behavior!

A great Dr. who shows compassion, time and a smile.

I have never been treated so poorly by a physicans staff than at this doctors office. Actually you get more respect at the Burger King drive-thru. The girls in the office Amber especially, rude, lies to you, will say anything to get you off the phone. You call to get a refill on a prescription and never get a call back. They say "sure we will call you back", never do and then get a attitude when you call to follow up. Then they get upset and cop an attitude when you confront them. The doctor is pleasant but trying to get a message to him is like trying to break into Fort Knox. As nice as he is, your mainly working with the office staff, nurse, receptionist, etc. Their disposition makes the entire experience unpleasant and it's just not worth it. They should all take some customer service classes and just have some common decency. Looking for another doctor immediately!

its not Dr. olshemski that's the problem. I wouldn't complain about him and would stay if his staff had more of a professional bed side manner its the nurses and other staff. they do not make you feel unwelcome and are very cold towards patients (or just myself and my family) at the reception desk they proceeded to tell me how I sound like my mother "but I'm nicer". how dare that staff talk about one of their own patients like that especially a patient that isn't there to defend themself and who has been going there for about 25 years. . or at least not say it to my face, and even that's terrible. I wouldn't consider them nurses, I'd call them more of a clique in highschool. very very unprofessional staff and I'm looking for a new physician as we speak. Dr. olshemski needs to find a new staff if he wants to keep his patients. I have been going there for as long as I could remember, 18+ years. very rude.

excellent Physician and nursing staff, they are second to none. HOWEVER, the clerical staff (person)is rude and make you feel like they are doing you a favor by opening the glass to talk to you. Definitely a charity position for one reason or another because she does not match the rest of the staff
