Dr. Frank Procaccino, MD

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment with the doctor. He is very professional, courteous and as a doctor I would rate him high. But he is very popular and my waiting time for a colonoscopy would be 5 months. In my opinion that is way over a practical waiting time. My last two visits I asked for a doctor's appointment but I saw one of his Physician's Assistant (PA). I did not find her interested or helpful. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy months ahead and then called by the office about a week before asking me if the PA told me I needed an EKG. She did not. When I went to my pharmacist to pick up the preparation I did not have a prescription. When I called the office to find out why, I was informed for the first time the office faxes or calls in the prescription. The PA did not give me all the necessary information to prepare for the procedure. I cancelled and looking for a doctor that is more available.

This whole office was a HUGE disappointment. They will run a bunch of tests, take all your money, give you no answers, and refer you to someone else. Poor communication throughout the office. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

He is very knowledgeable and he hasn’t excellent doctor takes his time with you and make sure that you are doing the right thing for your digestive system and he is top notch! I highly recommend this doctor.

I have seen him several times. He is always attentive and informative. I recommend him to all my friends.

I have been to this Dr before... He was attentive and listened. This current appt with him, my daughter came with me. I was telling him something that was very unsettling, his response "well I don't know what to tell about that" He prescribed meds for me for a condition I have had previous. I told him that I was not the case, it did not feel like that. I called a day later to speak with him, waited multiple days no return call.

I love this doctor. I have been to him several times and he has EXCELLENT bedside mannerisms. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Procaccino for about 15 years. His calm, relaxed demeanor goes well with his experience and willingness to spend time and get to know his patients. Would highly recommend!

I'm kept in the waiting room for long periods of time and then When brought into the exam room I'm kept waiting for another long (20-25 minutes) time and then the Doctor is always in a rush and only seems to be listening to me with half of his attention and I'm rushed out of the office. I've been seeing him for about 3 years and this is SOP.
