Dr. Francis John Twarog, MD

After reading some not so good reviews, i was not expecting too much from this visit. I actually considered cancelling my sons appointment. The receptionist greeted me very professionaly, and friendly. I didnt wait long, but most of all the dr. was very gentle and informative with my baby boy. He answered all my questions very patiently, i never felt intimidated or bothersome for asking anything. He was very accomodating in my request for further testing. He was somewhat serious, but by no means cold. I am planning on taking my other children to him also.

My son has been seeing Dr Twarog twice a year for the past 7 years. While sometimes scheduling an appt. can be challenging, I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Twarog. My son loves him & he takes the time to listen to everything my son wants to talk to him about. He is very patient with me about my concerns and worries. I recommend him to any one who needs an allergist.

He is the worst doctor at Children's hospital. He does not care his patients. Poor bed manner, not interested in kids at all.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Twarog's for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable but needs a lot of help with his bedside manner. He is so condescending, his office staff is rude and just recently they have started a new practice of billing patients $10 for every camp/school form they have to fill out. Unbelievable! I have just switched to a new allergist.

He is terrible! Snarky, condescending, and absolutely uninterested in children. He is probably the worst physician we have ever encountered. Not only was his bedside manner deplorable, he was inaccurate and his shoddy analysis caused my son to suffer considerably. Time for him to retire!!!

I had to wait 3 months for an appointment to consult with Dr. Twarog, for dibilitating allergic symptoms. The day of my appointment, I was accidentally late by 25 minutes, due to road closures I was not aware of, and when I arrived at the office, I was told "You need to reschedule." Their first available appointment was 3 months from then. There was no apology, no explanation other than "The doctor runs on time." I had already called earlier, while on the way, and said I would be late due to construction. My appointment would have run short, they're normally 90 minutes, regardless, because my pregnancy would keep them from doing full testing. I was outraged and upset. Talk about terrible customer service. Stay away from Dr. Twarog's office! They don't care about their patients.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Twarog, he's the best!

Dr. Twarog is the BEST doctor in America. He saved my life, really!
