Frank Westmeyer, MD is board-certified in internal medicine and in emergency medicine. Dr. Westmeyer received his undergraduate degree from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and earned his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He served his internship and completed a residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Westmeyer served in the United States Navy as a member of the Medical Corps. , he directed emergency medical services for a local hospital. Prior to joining Bon Secours, he was in private practice, providing primary and urgent care. Dr. Westmeyer is a Designated Civil Surgeon for the US Immigration and Naturalization Service, as such he performs the required immigration physicals and examinations (I-693 Exam) for individuals applying for citizenship, seeking permanent Residency, or applying for a Green Card in Hampton Roads. These exams are necessary for immigrants or employers who hire employees …originating from another country. Each evaluation includes an examination performed according to the medical guidelines established by the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services and Centers for Disease Control.

I have been a patient of Dr. Westmeyer for years. He is indeed on of the finest doctors I have ever known. As my primary care doctor, I have complete faith and trust in him. He is always upbeat, friendly, positive and professional. He sincerely cares about my health and answers any questions I may have. He makes you feel valued as a patient. I would highly recommend this outstanding doctor to my family and friends. His staff is also very professional. Thank you Dr. Westmeyer for your many years of quality health care. In my opinion , you are the best!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank Westmeyer for over Twenty years. He has been as superb a phycian as a thinking patient could want. His compassionate, careing manner helps patients through the most troubling medical situations. I would recommend him to anyone needing medical advice or service.

I've only met Dr. Westmeyer once in the two years I've been there. All other times I've been seen by other doctors and nurse practitioners. The majority of the staff and the clinic as a whole is poor quality. However the one time I did meet Dr Westmeyer, he seemed good. But it was so long ago It's hard to judge. I don't even know if he works out of that office any more. Either way...I'm gone! Time to find someone who is serious about their patients and the service they provide.

Dr Westmeyer doesnt care about the patients . He cares onl about getting their money . Be aware!
