You never have a chance talk to your doctor after you paid. I did twice Ivf over there, the doctor only talked to me one time.

I am a current patient at this life ivf centre. I don't recommend anyone go to this clinic. The doctor never have time for the patients except the first time consultation. The nurse services sucks. They seems very polite and friendly , but just this, nothing helpful. Especially the nurse name "LoAn" with long hair. I had bad experience with this clinic. Most of the nurses don't care about you; the don't pay attention to your e-mail or questions; they don't always answer the e-mails. And when they replied your email, they normally don't put their names on the email. Of course, they don't want toresponsible of what they said. After you paid the package fee of over $15,000, it's very difficult for you to see or talk to Dr. Yelian again. Beside the $15,000 prepayment , you need to pay $150 each time if you want to see him face to face and $75 if you want the doctor to call you at a specific time. Otherwise, you have to wait until he has the time to call you. I left my name on his call log… over 3 weeks, he still has not return my call. But I think it's because the nurse never pass him my message. There is no use of email it to the office manager, Tony. He just referred you back to the anonymous nurse. ????

This is the BEST TIP... PLEASE READ!!! If you are like me and you are 1 in 8 battling infertility then you know we have to go thru loops and hurdles to get our miracle babies, you also know that no matter what some of us will be blessed and others won't. It's heart wrenching to hear the words you may never have a biological child or only option is ivf and that might not work. However this was our story, after our 20th failed medicated injectable iui in April, we were told we needed sperm donor and a egg donor or donor embryo, our first consultation with Dr Yelian in June revealed a new hope and loads of answers. We prayed and it lead us to complete our mini ivf cycle in July we had retrieval, frozen transfer in August and our 1st try we conceived with our own sperm and egg. My point is if you believe or think negative or give into the negative, you may very well miss your opportunity to conceive and bring home your baby because someone is bitter they had a failed cycle. It happens and… there are various reasons it happens but success outweighs the failures. Trust me I did my research before even going to this clinic and it was the highest level of pregnancies and pregnancies resulting in live birth which is very important because you want to bring home your miracle baby. Follow your heart and if nothing else have your free 15 minute phone consultation because it just might change your life and be the answers to your prayers. I'm praying that you all have your miracle babies.

Dr . Yelian is an excellent doctor and he has an amazing team of staff . I'm so happy I chose this clinic of all the places .

It is a wrong decision to choose this doctor!

Dr Yelian and his office staff are terrible in treating patients with respect. They only think about money . They overcharge patients. His staff are very rude and aggressive . They treat you like a piece of meat . He is not running a medical office, he is running a business . Wait time is over 2 hours and you should be lucky if you see the doctor. They keep pushing you for sonogram and blood test without seeing the doctor, just because of money . His success rate is terrible too . Too much advertisement for nothing '!! We complained to medical Board of California and will see a lawsuits lawyer soon . He has to pay for being disrespectful and cruel .

We had terrible experience at Dr Yelian's office . His staff are very rude and not professional. We went to the doctor for the second time today . We waited 2 hours without any contact from his office staff to at least update us . After 2 hours they took us to a room for financial consultation !! ( whatever it means) . It looked like to us that the only thing they care about is MONEY !!! They advertise more than they act . The doctor himself was very cold and cruel . He was laying on his chair like he was at the beach !!! Was not even listening to us and was in rush to see another pt . Eventually we left his office very disappointed!!! He is very careless doctor and for no reason is more expensive than other Natural IVF centers.

Dr. Yeoman is an amazing doctor and fabulous person. Very honest and down to earth. After introducing our situation to him he said, I like a challenge. Very honest and refreshing! Get the earliest appointments possible and you won't have any wait time.

Amazing Dr and team. After years of failed cycles/clinics I got pregnant. Less is more. Dr Yelian listens to his patients and is by far one of the top Drs in the USA.

Dr Yelian was my last resort after many failed IVF cycles at other facilities. Beside his skill and knowledge, the best I can describe him are very caring and always being very optimistic, and always smiling. Just this alone lift half of the stress off my shoulder. His lab is truly state of the art. His technique of growing immature eggs are just amazing! We had several retrievals (some good, some bad) before our first transfer. Guess what? 2 days before the test day, I got a big fat POS!!! first time in 3 years, I couldn't believe my eyes that I had to test everyday just to see that "POS" over and over again. My little girl was born at 39wks 7lbs9oz 21in long. Very very healthy and happy baby girl!!! :)) Before came to dr Yelian, I was diagnosis as unexplained infertility :((, the other doctor told me that we have to start thinking about egg donor or surrogacy... And boy, did I cry... you all know how that feels... But I didnt give up!!! I went on a search for another doctor.… Life IVF came up, looking at dr Yelian's bright and happy appearance and after reading their plan of treatments...I thought to myself: That's it! I found my doctor! At the age of 39, dr Yelian is the only doctor without any hesitation offered us a "risk free program". Yes, his office is a bit hectic and all over at the beginning, but after few times we got a hang of it... because we know that dr. Yelian is always with us. Ofcourse, not physically every time but he is with us in each and every steps throughout our treatment. We used to the other facilities and we didn't like the way his office run at first but we came to realize certain things like blood drawns, ultrasounds... we do not need to see doctor himself each time... Long to short, we understand the process and didnt have any problem waiting (This type of journey is all about waiting and a bit of luck too). I do think that the office should explain the process better to all new patients too avoid bad reviews because Dr Yelian is ONE OF A KIND!!! TRULY IS ANAMAZING DOCTOR!!! Dr Yelian is truly the angle from heaven! The only problem is there is just one of him yet he has to help sooo many patient like us! My husband also is a doctor, so I understand how doctors are.They always try to help their patients yet their time are just around the clock.
