Dr. Franz Josef Stadler, MD

I needed to see a dermatologist to remove a bump on my head and a bump on my hand, so I called the "Skin Cancer and Dermatology Institute", and they set up an appointment for me to see Franz Stadler. When I finally got to see him, he was in a rush and seemed to be working on many patients at the same time as he was working on me. He quickly glanced at my bumps, and he decided to inject my head with a numbing shot. While the shot was taking effect, he left to go see other patients, which I thought was very rude. Then he came back and cut the bump and cauterized it. I could smell my hair burning when he did that. He said that they would do a biopsy of the bump, but no one ever got back to me with any results from that. After that, he froze the bump on my hand, and it hurt a lot. When that was done, he told me that he was done and left quickly. Neither he, his assistant nor anyone else in the office told me how to take care of either area that he worked on, and no one made or… asked me if I wanted to make a follow-up appointment, which I thought was odd. My hand developed a large and painful blister that was so bad that it made me cry, and I was left with no instructions, so I had to call a nurse at the office after hours, and she told me what to do. She was very shocked when I told her that no one gave me instructions. After a few days of following the nurse's advice, the blister became so bad that I had to go to the emergency, and they drained it, which helped it feel a lot better. The worst part though is that one or two weeks after Stadler worked on my hand and my head, my hair started to shed like crazy, and not just in the area that he worked on. Every minute, hair just falls out, and when I comb my hair, hair falls out three times more than it used to when I would comb before. I decided to cut my hair, which was long at the time, thinking that it might be that my hair was too heavy and pulling it, but even after cutting it, it still falls out badly, even the bangs. Now my hair is thinner than it used to be, which is very upsetting. I will not be seeing Stadler ever again, and I would not recommend anyone else to see him either, unless they want to be bald or have thinning hair.
