I was very disappointed with my experience with Connor. Sessions felt unproductive and lacked real value. Most of the time, he simply listened and repeated generic advice like “set boundaries” without offering meaningful guidance or practical tools. This is now the second time he has pushed for every other week appointments, even after I explained my preferences. I should not have to argue about how often I want to attend therapy, especially when sessions cost $250 per hour and only provide about 45 minutes of actual time. I am tired of having to advocate for myself just to feel heard. For this price, I expected more engagement, direction, and support. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I was depressed and on medication with little help. Dr. Gallo helped me alot with his special techniques. I can manage my depression better now.

He helped me overcome my traumas and anxiety quickly.
