Dr. Fred A. Lux

from the time I walked into the office yesterday Monday 16, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and Dr. Lux was knowledgeable and began to put together a path for recovery before I left his office. Would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

We were recommended to Dr. Lux by our Pediatric Neurologist. Since, we have a son with Down Syndrome and the doctor has both professional and personal experience with Down Syndrome we were sure that we would have a good fit. On the day of our first appointment we ran into heavy traffic on our way into the office and were delayed. We called ahead to the office and indicated that we may be late. We arrived about 12 minutes late to the appointment and then spent several minutes with the front desk and ultimately were asked to sit down. After a minute we were informed that we were too late and needed to reschedule and appointment. We were disappointed since it is a task to get our son to go to these appointments in the first place. However we went back with the scheduler to reschedule the appointment. Once we sat down with the scheduler we were informed that the Dr. had asked that we find a different doctor other than him for the future appointments. We must have violated his… "Don't be late to the first appointment" rule. We decided to seek out a different clinic instead of indulging them with any future appointments.

Dr. Lux has been skillful, generous, encouraging, candid, kind, supportive, and helpful to our family. He has been proactive in coordinating care across systems. We would highly recommend him a clinician, neurologist, educator, advocate, and healer

I was referred by another dr. to Dr. Lux and was pleased by how knowledgeable and personable he is. He referred me to a terrific physical therapy clinic which made a huge difference in my neck/shoulder recovery. I would highly recommend him.
