Don’t bother scheduling here! New patient appointment, waited OVER 2 hours IN THE WAITING room, they tell me the dentist didn’t send the X-ray...no it’s in their junk folder. No explanation or idea when we might be seen and after 2 hours, left. Ridiculous. I work in the healthcare industry and the concept that “he’s running behind, we don’t know when” just doesn’t cut it. Save your time and money and find somewhere else where they’ll treat you like a human being.

I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and it was the worst experience ever. My surgery was at 11:30 and I was in the car at 12:00. They did not wheel me out in a wheel chair they just walked me out with there arms under mine. I do not recall being in a recovery room at all and not even 5 minutes down the road my mouth was pouring blood. After pouring blood for about two hours straight I passed out and my family called 911. I have not ever passed out before in my life, and that day I passed out 3 times. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Staff was so rude and made me feel like a complete burden during my own operation! The doctor himself is very professional but the staff ruined my whole surgery experience!

Dr Simonton was very upfront and transparent in the necessary requirements post Surgery. He was able to repair a severly damaged jaw, remove shattered cartilage, shape my jaw bone with no visible scars and little post op pain. I highly recommend him. He is the best. Satisfied Patient. Sissy Mulkey

Dr Simonton and his staff have horrible attitudes and bedside manner. It doesn’t matter the age of the patient they do have a say so. Also remember that sometimes the single parent can’t make it in but their parent can. A little more consideration and a little less attitude. I wish that I would have read the reviews before going in. My other children will not go here.

My son was seen needing procedures in April. Not everything was covered, so I tried to deal with insurance for 5 months. I finally gave up and just tried to get them to attempt to have it authorized. They didnt call me back after many weeks of messages. Finally , was just going to pay for it myself but still cannot get a live person on phone and they will not respond to my messages or email trying to just schedule him for the procedure. I gave up and after 5 months of wasted time now, I must start over at a new oral surgeon. Soo frustrating.

He charged the insurance for the procedure and then charged me for the tools, surgery tray/tools 'gauze, sutures, etc', to perform the procedure, wisdom teeth extraction. Insurance company advised me that was included already. In essence, I was double billed!

I was satisfied with this Dentist ...was he the kindest no. But he did a Great Job on my teeth.

Dr. Simonton is a wonderful surgeon. His bedside manner is not the best but when you're in severe pain and need help you're not looking for a best friend. He is great at what he does and once you put aside his intimidation and bedside manner he is awesome. He is extremely intelligent and knows his stuff when it comes to dentistry and the jaw.
