Fred Ming Chieh Wu, MD

Dr. Wu is board certified in pediatrics, internal medicine, and cardiovascular disease. After receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, he completed a combined residency program in pediatrics and internal medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease, also at the University of Minnesota. In 2007, he completed an advanced fellowship in adult congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension at Harvard Medical School and stayed on to become a faculty member of the Boston Adult Congenital Heart and Pulmonary Hypertension Program.Dr. Wu has received a Sanofi-Aventis Fellow Travel Award for research, a teaching award from the Harvard Medical School Academy Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, and grant funding through Boston Children’s Hospital’s Innovation & Digital Health Accelerator for research into innovative approaches to the management of patients …with single ventricle physiology.
