Today after being a patient of Dr Carol for many years he screamed at me and said he was ending his relationship with me as a patient .. Why ? All bc I had dropped off a paper on 4/22 that was urgent needed a few highlighted areas and a signature , staff put on his desk marked urgent , he did not deal with it , today I stop in to Inquire hoping I could pick it up Nope , they tell me it may even be Monday 4/29 , I said this is unacceptable, and that I would contact the hospital patent advocate and admin , One staff member was rude about it , also had brought in forms for another patient weeks earlier that they said they couldn’t find , later the clinic manager robin had miraculously found that and got he doc completed . Still I was screamed at and accused of cursing at his staff , didn’t happen , he was terrible , this dr has mental issues it seems a well as don’t bring anybody along with you to your appt and don’t disagree with him , if you do you are done .. Yes I filed a… complaint but want to know the process of taking it further with medical board . He needs investigated..
