Dr. Frederick Alan Hoover, MD

So happy to have had Dr. Hoover as my surgeon. My issues are ongoing and him and his staff are on top of helping me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of getting their health back.

Dr. Hoover was the nicest most kind and compassionate Gynecologist I have ever met. He puts you at ease with his bedside manner and he is very skilled. Even puts some humor into your visit which always brightens your spirit. I will miss him at the practice and wish him the best of luck as a GYN Hospitalist at Florida Hospital.

I was skeptical at first about going to a male gyno but Dr. Hoover is great. He is very courteous and respectful. He always answers all of my questions, gives great advice on how to stay healthy, and provides you with an array of birth control options.

I would recommend Dr. Hoover in an instant; particularly to a friend, co-worker or relative who is very uncomfortable seeing "that" kind of doctor. Dr. Hoover is very knowledgeable and thorough, but speaking from experience I most appreciated the way he somehow managed to get through all the necessary testing without even once making me feel unclothed. He is very sensitive to his patients' needs, including the emotional ones. I can't close without also noting that everyone who works with/for Dr. Hoover showed the same mix of professionalism and caring that he undoubtably inspired.
