I've had Dr. Pope for about 15 years as a PCP. He's a really great doctor, what sets him apart from other doctors is that he really cares about his patients. He takes the time to know us, hear our concerns, and genuinely wants to care for you - a rare thing these days.

Dr. Frederick Pope has been my doctor for the past ten years and is an excellent pcp, I would highly recommend him to anyone. He will actually listen to your problems and will personally follow-up with his patients until you are properly cared for.Unfortunately, there are a few employees that work at the front desk that are some of the nastiness, inconsiderate people i've ever met. They will tell you one thing, and change their minds the next. They will close the check-in window on you while you are still talking, they will schedule appointments at the wrong time, and want you to reschedule once you show up in the office. Also, avoid the aprn as she is the queen bee of not caring about you.I'm not sure how Dr. Pope become so entangled in such bitter office employees, but he is well worth the fight to get to:)

Dr. Pope misdiagnosed my condition. I had a decrease in kidney function and it was noted in my blood tests and when I questioned him he stated that there was no problem. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and found out I had a 70 per cent loss of kidney function. I will be going on dialysis soon. I cannot say enough bad against this person. He should not call himself a doctor. It is real sad that my blood tests showed a loss of kidney function and he fluffed it off.
