Dr. Mintz is excellent in every way. He takes seriously your concerns, he is patient, kind and will always see you. He has treated my entire family for over 20 years and we couldn’t be happier. We love his P/A Dr. Piccione as well he is also the very best!!! He is always there for you and responsive to any issue you have. He has always been correct in his diagnosis and leaves no stone unturned. When I had my surgery at HSS, they were impressed with the thoroughness of these doctors. We love this team!!!

Dr. Mintz is a wonderful doctor. I have no complaints. His staff however has been going down hill over the past few times I have had an appointment. Making the appointment is such a hassle. The women who work behind the front desk, seem as if they enjoy being confrontational and unaccommodating. I do not recognize some of the newer hires, but they give off a very very negative vibe. I would recommend dr. Mintz to anybody. I continue seeing him, because he is such a good caring doctor. But, dealing with the front desk staff in person and on the phone is not enjoyable. Wish he was on Zoc Doc and I could schedule appointments online to avoid his staff.

Dr. Mintz is a very caring and empathetic doctor who will spend all the time needed in order to care for/ diagnose you. This sometimes makes him late with other patients.
