He is poor sorry exuce for a Dr treats women like trash and caters to men and married women should never trust him with your husband's I have made sure my husband will never be treated by him again I have alot more to worry about with my husband has been to him

My family have been patients of Dr. Puckett for almost 10 years. He is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. His staff is also competent and friendly. I am an RN so l know a bit about choosing health care for my family and friends!

the absolute rudiest front office i every seen. doctor was not in and the receptionest acted totally indifferent!!!!!! Calling doctor when he gets back tuesday and discuss his front office with him

Well what I have to say is simply been amazing. My Husband and I were looking for a new Family Doctor in Ennis and that is something that wasn't easy to do. Finally we were told to check out Dr Puckett's office and looked on the website and our insurance was accepted so we made our first appointments. We were first greeted by an amazing smiling staff member at the desk, sorry I don't know her name, but she was pleasant, smiling and very on top of her game, so that started out a great experience. Then the nurse came and got us and did all of our check in, and may i add she smiled and laughed and welcomed us as well. Then we were welcomed By Ms Hogue and Her Student Jareka. As we both went in together, and were new patients there was alot to go over, and we were so impressed by both of them, there bedside manner, how detailed they were with all of our medicines, and things to add to our records. They changed up some medications for both of us and did a referral for my husband that has… changed his life. Honestly words can not describe how this whole staff has helped us have hope again. And there are not enough thank yous that can be given when something this great happens. One thing that I would like for all new or existing patients to know about this office, you might have to wait a little bit, but always keep in mind that you are going to get the same great care and time when it is your turn, that others are getting while you wait. And keep in mind, are great things are worth the wait.. Truly has been a blessing for our family and you could be the next one to experience this as well. Thank you again To all of the staff that works together to form such a great team at Dr Puckett's office. You have forever changed our lives.

I always enjoy visit Dr. Puckett's office. The office staff is always helpful and Dr. Puckett has a delightful bedside manner. He is so gentle and kind. I appreciate that he spends time with me and discusses all medical options available. I am grateful for Dr. Puckett.

Dr. Puckett and Family Nurse Practitioner Susan Hogue are both kind, intelligent and thoughtful. My entire family, from young children to elderly parents, are satisfied patients. I highly recommend them.

Went in for an obviously broken arm but could not diagnose because he was too worried about other things. Called a family friend a not so nice word (starts with b ) , when said family friend asked questions concerning girl involved she was ignored. Cussed at least 3 times with two 13 year old Girls in the room . Was very rude to family friend without knowing if she was the mother or not , and got in her face screaming while she was on the phone. Was screaming from the other room when we were leaving. VERY RUDE !!!! would not recommend to anyone.
