Dr. Frieda Rivera

Dr. Rivera is an AMAZING doctor! She truly cares about patient care, she loves her patients and remembers my kids names. My kids do not get sick often but when 1 gets sick she always asks by name for the other one that didn't go. My oldest has been seeing her for 12 years and my 7year old since birth. Idk what happened with the post that someone else posted negative things about her but never in 12 years we've gone, have we ever encountered anything negative. We have followed Dr. Rivera from AAMA on gulf fwy, at gulf gate and now at navigation and do not regret it following her. 1 time my kids were sick and the scheduler said she was booked, so we made an appt with another dr in the same office. Dr. Rivera was very upset because she wants to see all her patients especially if they're sick. She went to talk to the person who scheduled us and came back and said you will never have that problem again. And we haven't. The total time waiting and seeing the dr can take about 1 hour or a bit… longer but that's easily at ANY doctor's office. She always has little gifts for the kids. It ranges from a little bouncing balls, bubbles, pencils, and stickers. It's the thought that counts. She will continue to be my kids doctor until they can no longer see her at 18. Connie, Hugo, Geneva, and Sonia (I think that's her name) are always helpful and nice to us.
