Dr. Furkan Shinaishin, MD

She is very rude, lack of knowledge and unprofessional!

I took my husband to the ER post surgery with extreme bleeding-He saw Dr. Shiaishin and she displayed no compassion or caring at all-blood poured from his mouth, both nostrils, down his throat and plugged up his ears so he couldn't hear-she told me to my face that no ENT doctor in the area would touch the case. She tried to tell me that he had not lost any more blood than a normal menstruating woman has-believe me, I have been a woman all my life and if that is what she thinks, she should not be practicing medicine. He was finally transferred by ambulance to George Washington University Hospital ER and the minute the ENT resident looked at him, she said "WHO HAS DONE THIS TO YOU AND IT'S ALL WRONG!!" The method she [Shiniashin] used to stop the bleeding is something no one does anymore, caused my husband great suffering and did nothing to help him. I could go on but I think she is in the wrong line of work, shall we say.

Bedside manners, empathy, knowledge ;superior.

For an emergency doctor she sure did not know how to perform her job. Poorest bedside manner and seemed uneducated about the profession in which she chose to practice.
