He did surgery on my eyes. and now I need more surgeries and I’m blind. The worst. Causes me depression

I walked into his bronx office accidently thinking it was an eye glass shop, after realizing it was a Doctor's office I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ferreira for later that week. Dr. Ferreira was very pleasant and easy to talk to, I have never had such a complete exam and he explained everything he was doing step by step. The office had all sorts of equipment to take different pictures and the doctor took the time to go over all the results of all the exams. Great experience, and highly recommend Dr. Ferreira to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

When i arrived for my appointment i was told that Dr. Ferreira was finishing up with another patient and he would be right out. Not even 5 minutes later he came out to greet me and ask if i could wait just 2 more minutes while he got the exam room ready for my appointment. Just like that a few minutes later he came out himself and guided me into the exam room. Once in the room he wiped down the equipment in front of me. I looked around and the room was very clean and organized. Before he started the exam and through-out the exam he asked me questions about myself making the exam a breeze and making me feel super comfortable. At the end of the exam he thoroughly explained how I should use my contacts, clean them, etc. Overall he was a very pleasant, nice, and funny doctor. I will most certainly go to him for all my eye exams and will recommend him to everyone i know.

I have to start out by stating that Dr. Ferreira was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and courteousness truly made my visit a 5-star experience. He was knowledgeable and was able to give me an accurate diagnosis. I will continue to work with him for treatment, and am glad to have a Doctor as personable and informed as Dr. Ferreira. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ferreira to friends, family, and anyone looking for an experienced Ophthamologist!
