Dr. Gal Aharonov, MD

So happy I chose to go with Dr. Gal Ahranov. He is a legend in the industry and widely considered the best in the world for what he can do for hairlines. I spent several years researching doctors and all referrals and reviews led me back to him. The results are even better than I could have hoped for. He has the best bedside manner and I truly felt like he put my care and safety first above all else. His team (Faye and Noaa) are so warm, loving, and responsive to all your questions and needs. His surgical center and anesthesiologist are both very well respected, which mattered a lot to me for safety. He's truly the best and all that you want in a surgeon. Thank you Dr. Gal!

I love my results, I wish I could find Dr Gal earlier. Took me two years to find the right person to do my eyelid surgery. Dr Gal specializing in eyes as well as facelift. He’s very soft, gentle and professional. It’s been five months since I had work done and I’m getting compliments all the time. Excellent doctor, his results on social media and the before and after pics speak for themselves. Many of these reviews are old and don't seem to make much sense to me from my experience. I'm very happy with his suggestions and how my procedures turned out!

I'm so glad I found Dr. Aharonov - he performed upper eyelid filler over two sessions, and the result is nothing short of amazing. It really has done wonders for my facial aesthetics. Not many doctors do these injections, as it takes an expert to get it right - and Dr. Aharonov is most definitely an expert! He was able to transform my doe-eyes into the the hunter look I've been after - I just wish I had found him sooner. His bedside manner was so pleasant, and I felt like he truly listened to everything I had to say, giving me the results I wanted. I will be coming back in the future that's for sure.

I used to work for a famous "dermatologist" in Beverly Hills Dr O. Dr O is one of the shadiest homies I know. He would actually take time to write negative reviews for his competitors. I know he wrote some against Dr Gal, pretty nasty and petty ones. I finally quit because I couldn't take it there anymore. I needed my lips refilled so I went to Dr Gal. He is the exact opposite of Dr O. No up sell, no pressure, very pleasant, and most of all HONEST and NOT shady at all. I told Dr Gal about the fake review situation and all he said was "all I can do is take the best care of my patients, can't let anything else affect me." Class act. Love this guy.

As a fellow surgeon, I know a thing or two about good and honest surgeons. I have not only referred several dozen patients to Dr Gal over the years, I am also his patient. Every patient I have sent to him has been treated with incredible care and compassion. Dr Gal will never mince words or only try to sell you on treatments. He legitimately puts his own best interest aside and only tries to do what is right for the patient. He is no sugar coater or sweet talker so I can see where he might not be right for all. He can also be a bit sarcastic and funny, which is not for some! But he is the only one I would ever trust to touch my face.

I honestly cannot believe he is working with people.He's the rudest person I have ever met. When I asked him about potential risk of lowering the hairline he told me that not to be a Debbie Downer. To a potential patient!

6 years ago had a chin implant. Placed in twisted - left side ended under chin creating pressure on throat and glands. The doctor lied and weasled his way out of my concerns until after months of infection issues offered to replace but wanted to drill a hole in my chin to tie a large implant to it. After sugery and still under effects of anesthesia I was allowed to walk the streets of Beverly hills to my hotel - no transport was organised as promised. The 2 doctors who helped me with fixing his issue were appalled by his work and lack of care. Gal wouldn't even help me by answering me when I wanted to know the size of his implant to help with my revision. For a year after his surgery I had infections and his work created a pull on corner of my lip and nerve damage that could have been avoided if he had just been honest that he'd made a mistake after the first surgery. There is not a chance that he did not know of his mistake. The horror story that was the reality of my experience… with Aharonov is much more detailed then this short explanation - I think what depressed me the most was that someone so lacking in humane quality exists in his profession and in Beverly Hills USA. The issues created by his mistake were long lasting and expensive - there are so many awesome surgeons and human beings out there, this doctor does not deserve his success.
