Dr. Gannon Dudlar was nothing like described in 1 star ratings from other people 3 years ago. He is friendly, patient, listens, asks questions. His conservative approach with tests revealed conditions previously unknown that require follow up. The clinic was modern, clean, and the staff were responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor and facility.

I visited Dr. Dudlar at the Urgent Care and he listened to my concerns, asked applicable questions, performed a very thorough physical exam, ordered an x-ray quickly, read the x-ray quickly, went above and beyond by refilling a prescription without being asked, provided me with verbal ready of the X-ray right away and gave me a comprehensive set of post-visit instructions and treatment plan. Dr. Dudlar was professional, thorough, kind, had a great bedside manner and provided me with one of the best medical I have ever received! Thank you Dr. Dudlar!

I went back for a follow up visit for a infected cyst that was drained. He was absolutely dismissive and did. It even bother to check the wound and asked me why I was even there when his college who had seen me two days ago had specifically asked me to come and get seen because the wound was still draining pus. Extremely rude and dismissive of any questions I asked. When confronted, he apologized and said he was having a bad day and this was at 8.30 in the morning. Complete waste of my time as I never got answers to any questions that I asked.

He sent me to ER so he could go home at night

Not only did he not wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic while seeing elderly patients, but he was condescending and told elderly patients to be quiet even though they were in extreme discomfort

I visited him in urgent care and he was very dismissive of all the symptoms I described. He just shrugged and said "there's nothing we can do here. What do you want?" Upon further explaining how my symptoms were debilitating, he responded in a snarky manner with "do you want a doctor's note or something?" Complete waste of my time and money seeing this rude doctor.
