Dr. Gary M Annunziata, DO

I've been going to Dr. A. for at least 2yrs. Was so happy to find a Dr. NOT associated w/Eisenhower! Really liked him. seem to care and helping me w/on going stomach issues since the 90's, but episodes were becoming more frequent w/age.Never really given a name for my condition, but what he told me to do seemed to work. They started again 8 mos. ago & in first 5 mos. lost 25lbs. and couldn't keep ANYTHING down. Felt like I was dying. Called to book appt. and told 3mos. I'd always been able to get in w/in weeks. Told them how sick I was, but they said 3mos. So I figure I've dealt w/this for 5mos, can wait. Night b4 appt. get call that they have to cancel my appt. Call next day and they tell me 3 more mos. Tell them can I see his nurse Natalie cause she knows me. In office w/Natalie and girl from front desk interrupts to tell me I have to pay out of pocket cause I have HMO? No, I have a PPO w/ my husbands ins.so let me change that paper work cause I've been coming here for 2yrs. and they… take my PPO. She says no you can't change your paperwork. I'm looking at Natalie to defend me, she says nothing and refuses to give me meds! Sad, mad and wondered if Dr. knew how this pregnant girl, about to go on leave, was running the front desk. Refused to do any tests as costs would be out of pocket! Never went back but can't help but wonder if Dr. A. knows what's going on. So this is in case he doesn"t. She was unbelievably rude and wrong1 I cured myself w/research, thank you!

Dr. Annuziata is one of the few, in my opinion, a very good and caring doctor in the Valley.
