Dr. Gary Maurice Brockington

I was a patient of Dr. Brockington for quite a few years. He explained my condition so that I could understand it and he actually sat and talked with you when you had concerns, even if the problems you were having(breast cancer) were not in his wheelhouse. I felt so much better after speaking with him about my upcoming surgery. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, gentleman. My problem is I can't find him. I know he was having a problem but I was hoping he would go into practice elsewhere as he is the kind of compassionate doctor that I haven't encountered in over thirty years. Where are you Dr. Brockington, I miss you!

From his early days as an intern through residency and into his practice he has never changed, he is a wonderful man who does wonderful things. We are proud to call him our Physican . He is truly a healer and does his job with so much love and heart. Thank you Gary for being you.

Dr. Brockington is a world class physician. In my opinion, he is one-of-a-kind in an area (Boston) that boasts a plethora of superior physicians. He was assigned to my case after I was admitted to his hospital and he quickly and aptly addressed my atrial fibrillation that brought me to his hospitals ER, and prescribed a drug (Amiodarone) that had not been prescribed by the intake physicians. My heart was in normal sinus rhythm within hours of taking this drug.Dr. Brockington spent a highly unusual (I am 72 years old and have encountered dozens of physicians in my life) amount of time describing, in language I could generally understand, what was going on with my heart and how/why he was recommending my condition to be treated. He is not only a first-rate cardiologist, but also a caring and compassionate human being. Anyone in need of a cardiologist or internist would be wise to consider Dr. Gary Brockington.
