1st time at a Roper facility, was extremely impressed with with the entire experience. Given it was a "Sunday", one never knows. Young lady that welcomed me, those that were in attendance and Dr. Gary Cianci went beyond my preconceived thoughts of an ER visit. Thank you and I have given much time and thought to "moving my medical needs to Roper St. Francis".

He was so nice, made sure I knew all the information he could tell me when I broke my foot. He didn’t lie when he didn’t know an answer to whether or not I need surgery, he recommended me to a specialist to make sure I have the utmost care.

Haven't met Dr. Cianci, but saw his assistent. Was later billed a higher rate than what was informed over the phone. Subsequently spoke to the arrogant office manager who refused to correct the mistake. Cannot recommend.

Dr. Cianci has been my doctor for about three years now. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff will make you feel at ease. Dr. Cianci is the only doctor that I have had that doesn't over book and make you you wait for an hour to see him. I truly cant say enough about him. His only drawback is that he is not in my HMO

Dr. Cianci is absolutely the BEST doctor I have ever had. He spends time in the room with me and truly cares aboout me and my health. Thank God he is young...he'll be my doctor for EVER!

Although he is a good Doc for the most part, he snapped just prior to going on his own. He is not the same man, not the same Doc. It saddens me. He used to be outstanding. Now things, well they just are complacent.

Dr. Cianci always takes the time to ask plenty of questions, answer any of mine that I might have, and is very thorough in his exams and evaluations. Office staff is very nice and office is well kept and comfortable. I'm glad that I found Dr. Cianci. His all-around knowledge of medicine and kind ways translate to a truly wonderful physician.
