Dr. Gary Mitchell Feinberg, MD

Horrible staff. Horrible communication. Change ENT immediately!!!! So unprofessional!

I had 1 in person visit and was then scheduled for surgery. I am now 2 months post surgery and still have not had a post Op evaluation. Yet he is still still new patients. They are supposedly not setup to complete disability paperwork online with the state, so you need to get paper forms and take them to the office and pay a $35 fee to have them fill them out and mail them. They took 5 weeks to do this. Then they put the incorrect return to work date therefore shorting me disability pay. The staff is also extremely rude! Dr. Feinburg is fully aware of all of the issues yet has done nothing to rectify the situation proving he truly doesn't care about his patients.

Can never get through to talk to a live person, phone is always busy.. Left a message to call back URGENT with the answering service at 9:45am because Everyone in the office was in a meeting until 10:30!!! That was 3 days ago and still not a call back. I had to literally drive to their office to get a follow up appmt to read my brain MRI they had me do. And get this, 4 more weeks down the road for that! I could be dead by then.

Best ENT Dr. there is in the Riverside area, highly recommend Dr. Feinberg. his staff very friendly over the have spoke to Karen, Valeria and Jakie when trying to schedule an appointment for my son, very professional and helpful ladies helped me with status of approvals and scheduling appointments. Hope to see them soon and meet their staff and mostly Dr. Feinberg.

Dr. Feinberg-ENT is an excellent doctor. Very thorough. I like him and recommend him.
