Dr. Gary Stephen Hirsch, MD

Started seeing him due to others reccommendations. Thought he was good at first. He knew I had an issue but dismissed my pain and discomfort for 10 years while I went from 1 dr to another hoping for relief. New dr had a few tests done and suggested surgery. Saw the surgeon, had surgery and it took care of most of my issues. What kind of dr lets a patient go all those years without trying to help them. If I could give him a zero rating I would after the pain I suffed by trusting him.

Doubtless he is smart, but needs to work on his bedside manner big time. He didn't listen to what I said about my symptoms, kept cutting me off when I would try to describe them, and completely dismissed everything I said while inferring I was just seeking attention or malingering. Without even examining me he told me I just needed more fiber in my diet, then he left. And was rude to his nurse on the way out. A complete waste of my time and money. I'll never go back.

Probably the worst doctor I have ever seen. Accused me of lying and refused to see me when I was sick because there was some miscommunication with his office. Do yourself a favor and see someone else. The whole place is a joke.

Dr. Hirsch is a superior physician due to his extensive knowledge, thoroughness, attention to detail, and caring for his patients. In addition to his superior clinical skills he comes across as a genuine human being rather than the typical "kindly call me doctor" stuffed shirt. He is an example of what doctors were once.
