Dr. Gary Lee Last, MD

My visit with Dr. Last was very rushed, didn't get to finish my explanation and he was very unfriendly. He is an excellent Doctor, but needs to improve his bedside manner. I don't think my visit lasted 4 minutes and I was out the door.

At first Dr. Last was very pleasant and understanding. Then one visit he was very rude and disrespectful. His tone and comments were very unprofessional and we left very upset. His comments were very out of line and hurtful. We will not be returning to his practice. The office staff was wonderful but Dr. Last needs to work on his bedside manner and understand it's not okay to talk to patients that way and think it's ok!!

Dr. Last is a very efficient guy. I saw him recently and he was kind but also seemed to be in a rush - not necessarily letting me finish sentences. He listened to me though and gave me some medication to try to solve my problems and is seeing me again. It’s also important to know that they don’t take cards in the office, only cash or check.

I recently visited Dr. Last for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews. I was concerned about some “skin bumps” and my internist recommended that Dr. Last to have a look at them. Both the staff and Dr. Last treated me very well. When I made the appointment, I was told to call before I left home to check how the schedule was running. That eliminates any long wait. I was seen in less than 10 minutes.

I've been seeing Dr. Last for years, since I was a teenager. I hadn't been to see him him for a number of years and just recently have used him for skin issues I noticed on my son. I had forgotten how positive an experience I had had with him. He was still warm and even humorous and his diagnosis was spot on. My son's skin cleared up so quickly. His staff was so friendly and easy to work with. He is always incredibly busy so I definitely recommend doing what the staff advises; to call the day of your appointment so they can let you know if he is running behind schedule. If you call and he is running later, they will give you n adjusted time to come so you don't have to wait as long. I am so happy I thought to return to Dr. Last. He and his staff make me feel so comfortable and well cared for.

I have known Dr. Last or for about 20 years he has treated me for different skin problems among them carcinoma . I feel very confident and comfortable with him as my dermatologist.

Dr. Last is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. I've seen him regularly since I was a kid - he's top notch all the way around. His bedside manner immediately puts you at ease, and he takes the time to listen to everything I have to say before asking questions or making recommendations. His staff is friendly and welcoming. My entire family has relied on him for years, and are so grateful he's been our doc!

I have known Dr Last for many years. He has always given me wonderful care and he is an excellent doctor. My entire family has seen Dr Last over the years. Thumbs up????
