Dr. Gary Edward Voccio, MD

Dr Voccio became my husband's pulmonologist by my choice. I worked in the medical community for years and heard nothing but positive reports, and I can now say I agree with what I heard. He is a careful, professional, and compassionate physician who listens intently to what my husband and I tell him, and is what I would call a "straight shooter". He is one of the few doctors who will personally return phonecalls when we have questions about care. I appreciate his years of experience and trust him completely.

I was thrown @ Dr. Voccio while in Redmond Regional Hospital with a collapsed lung, cancer, COPD, and several other issues, all of which I was fighting my doctors on tooth and nail!! He treated me with nothing but kindness, but most importantly he spoke to me like a friend while at the same time explaining how we would handle my problems. He is still and will continue to be my pulmonologist since I hold him in the highest regards as a physician and kind human being.

Dr. Voccio was an excellent physician and very knowledgeable about my lung issues when my private physician recommended a pulmonary specialist while I was in Floyd Medical Center with pneumonia-like symptoms. He is a very thorough doctor and responded quickly to my complications and multiple tests needed to diagnosis my problem. Since my long term specialist has retired, he will be my pulmonary physician from this point.
