Lovely, professional Dr. Does not waste time identifying problem and cortisone injections less painful. ??

I walked in to the Clinic, before I got 5-minutes into the forms to check out and fill in.... I was called by the nurse. The nurse part went well and within 5-minutes the Dr knocked and came in. We talked about my knees and decided on a cortisone shot in each. After a week my knees are much better, little pain. We’ll see how long the shot lasts. I am going to call him about a shot in my back for relief.

I have been seeing Dr. Weatern for around 7 weeks now. After Finally getting some some stuff squared away he was able to get me an MRI scheduled so he could see what was going on. Diagnosis was ruptured herniated disc in my lower back. Anyone who has had this should be able to tell you how much it hurts. I have no problems with the dr himself he seems friendly and professiaonal. His staff however are the worst. They are understaffed for starters and I’m pretty sure the nurse I deal with is just a child. I call and they say I’ll get a call back then I don’t hear anything from them. When I try to call the NEXT day they make me feel like I’m not important and I’m a drug addict. I have been payed up in bed for going on two months can’t sit or drive only lay or stand. Motrin is t working anymore and they won’t give me pain meds. So in conclusion if you want to go to a place and get your problem fixed Gary western May be your guy. But if you plan on his staff being helpful at all… or to be able to get your pain meds refilled without being told your an addict this isn’t your place. It’s a sad day when I have a job and good health insurance but can’t get the meds I need to feel better. When did the doctors and nurses become gods? I am in a legitimate amount of pain and there is nothing I can do.

I hadn't finished describing my pain to Dr. Western before he began shaking his head and scoffing. Luckily I got in to see a respectful Dr. shortly after who diagnosed my Cervical Stenosis accurately and helped me the way a responsible Dr. should. I wouldn't send my enemies to see Dr. Western. And that is the God's-Honest truth!

I had ruptured 2 discs and Dr Western injected cortisone in and it worked like a charm. That was a couple of years ago and I have not had any trouble. He also had the best bedside manner and was ever so polite. By far the best procedure I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Western!!
