I had an appointment well in advance (weeks!) for shots for a college bound son. They knew this when I made the appointment but called the day before the appt. to say that they would not see someone that age. When I asked to relay a message to the doctor they refused. This was a one-time thing that they COULD have done because they had his medical records there. Poorly run office. I wouldn't trust my child with them.

Very painful if you request to transfer/fax records to other doctor, they ask you money $50 for each child which I never seen in USA, and they are blunt in asking money.

My son has been running fever for over 10 days with a lot of coughing and running nose. First visit, doctor recommended to take over-the-counter medicine like Advil and asked that if there is no improvement, come back after 2 days. After 2 days, we went back as he would get high fever 101+ , twice a day. This time doctor said to check gap between fever and come back if it's not resolved . I told them my concern that this seems like infection but he said he didnt find any signs. 3rd visit, my wife went instead of me and without calling ahead. She told them that doctor asked for follow-up if there are no improvements. Staff was very rude and yelled at her about walking in without calling ahead in front of few other people. She told them that her concern was that our child is not improving and we want next steps. We are fine to see other doctor that is available. She had wait 2+ hours and my child was very uncomfortable with fever/cold. Finally doctor saw my son but was… indecisive about treatment. At first she wanted to wait for 2 more days but ended up prescribing antibiotics. Sever friends of our that visit this practice has also complained about poor staff and diagnosis.
